JAWS Interiors worked closely with Rosevear Stephenson Architects to develop interior concepts for a group of apartments on Quayle Street in Battery Point.
With a soft, natural palette that any buyer could add to, the materiality, joinery, appliances and fittings selected offer a timeless interior with a contemporary, yet luxurious atmosphere. The in-house renders showcase the lifestyle buyers could experience within the tree tops of Quayle Street, sitting between incredible views up to Mt Wellington/kunyani and dappled views through the trees down to the River Derwent.
The four Floor Plans celebrate all of the amenities of a home within an apartment setting. Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen connect to the southern terrace for the ideal indoor-outdoor living. Large windows along with clean white cabinetry and feature timber joinery elevate the space to be light and airy, whilst cool earthy tones in the flooring add a natural note throughout the home.
